Crane Lake Campground Rules & Rates
CRANE LAKE CAMPGROUND POLICIES and RULES
Nightly Rate is $60/night. There is a 3-night minimum for holidays including July 4th and Labor Day Weekend
Booking Policies:
- Reservations must be prepaid and are accepted for two nights or longer, up to 14 consecutive
nights. - Maximum number of nights per month 14.
- Maximum number of people per site: 5 unless prior arrangements have been made
- Holidays (including July 4th and Labor Day) and other select periods/sites may require a 3 day or more reservation based on availability.
- Walk-ins welcome. Check availability online, information posted on-site.
- Crane Lake Campground is cashless – only credit/debit card payments accepted.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 14 days or more before arrival date get a full refund minus a $25 fee.
- Cancellations under 14 days prior to arrival date do not get a refund.
Rules
- All sites must be paid for before setting up.
- Check-in time: 2 pm
- Check-out time: 12 noon
- Camping is restricted to designated sites. No tents on RV sites.
Quiet Hours 10 pm to 7 am. No rowdy behavior, loud parties, loud vehicles
Check in and check out procedures: Office hours 2-6 pm daily. For late arrivals, vehicle tags will be posted at the kiosk/at each site. Upon check out, please drop your tags off in the designated box.
The Crane Lake Campground is kept in an orderly and sanitary condition. No food, garbage or other bear attractants left outside the camper. Place garbage IN the dumpsters. Recycle whenever possible. Leave the site as clean as you found it (no bottle caps, cigarette butts, etc.)
- Please observe our posted speed limit to ensure the safety of all our guests
- Pets are welcome and should be leashed at all times and not left unattended. Clean up after
your pets for the benefit of all. Pets $10 per stay, each pet. - Parking: Only one vehicle per site (in addition to the RV/camper). Overflow and visitor parking are available at the south end of the campground at no additional cost.
- No washing your RV’s or other vehicles on site and no dumping of sewage or grey water from your camper onto the ground per Minnesota Health Department rules. All sewage and grey water must be released into the campground sewer system.
- No drones or unmanned aircraft in the campground. No fireworks.
- Fires only in designated fire rings. Only locally grown or locally sold firewood should be burned.
- Portable generators should not be run, except in the case of a campground power outage.
- Be a good neighbor
- Do not block roads, your neighbor’s sites or the dumpster.
- Keep noise and music to a respectful level at ALL times.
- Do not walk through other sites.
- Do not feed the wild animals
- Adhere to all Minnesota state laws and statutes.
The following are grounds for reservation termination and removal from the property: loud noise, whether mechanical, musical or vocal, use of foul or indecent language, causing damage to property of the campground or another person, drunken disorderly conduct, failing to follow rules, failing to follow directions of the property staff, threatening or abusive behavior, or any other conduct that is not the type of behavior that is expected at a family campground.
Customers are responsible for all damage or destruction of property, and any injury to persons, caused by the guest or his or her family, visitors or pets. We reserve the right to charge guests accordingly for any damage they cause to the grounds and/or campground facilities.
